There is a common expression that says "God doesn't speak any louder in the outdoors; it's just easier to hear Him."

When you bring your family to Camp Lor-Ray, for a day, a retreat weekend, a week, or even week after week, not only are you able to make use of daily worship opportunities, such as Outdoor Chapel, but you are surrounded by fellow Christian families, and most obviously, you are surrounded by God's wonderful creation.

The family camp at Camp Lor-Ray is open all summer long to members of the ELS and WELS. The camp has 15 lakeside campsites and I5 woodside campsites. All sites have 30 amp electricity & water and the family camp boats a new bathhouse for the 2010 summer. The family camp is just a short walk from kids camp, and numerous hiking and biking trails are connected to the family camp. Lake Setterbo is footsteps away from half of the campsites, with a boat launch and fishing dock not far away.

2010 Camping Rates:

Membership Fee - $35*
Member Camping Rates: 1 day-$15, 1week (7consecutive days)-$100; 1 Calendar Month-$200; 2 Calendar Months-$300; 3 Calendar Months-$350; 4 Calendar Months-$400; 5 or 6 Calendar Months(Season)-$500
Non-member Rates: 1 day-$25; 1 week (7consecutive days)-$150, Guests: those in/at the same camping unit/lot as a member $1.00/day and $1.50/night.
Nurses Cabin at Kids Camp $30 per night and $10 Deposit.

All fees payable at time of registration. All payments made to the Family Camp Manager. 2010 Camp Season is 1st Saturday in May to the last Saturday in October.

*Please note that you must be in the ELS/WELS fellowship to become a member of the Camping association, but those not in fellowship may come as guests of members.
